Welcome to Canada Reloading (“Canada Reloading”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Canada Reloading is an online retailer based in Canada specializing in:

We do not manufacture firearms or ammunition.
2. Eligibility
To purchase regulated products from Canada Reloading, you must:

- Be legally permitted to possess and purchase the products ordered.
- Provide accurate information during checkout.

3. Compliance with Laws
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

- Primers and smokeless powder are classified as hazardous materials and may be restricted or prohibited in many destinations.

- Customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, import permits, and other government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order cannot legally be shipped, Canada Reloading reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Product Availability

Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and shipment has been confirmed.

7. Payment
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment authorization.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8. Hazardous Materials
Primers and smokeless powder are hazardous materials.
Customers acknowledge that:
- These materials require proper handling.
- They must be stored according to applicable laws and manufacturer instructions.
- Improper use may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.
Canada Reloading accepts no liability arising from improper handling, storage, transportation, or misuse of products after delivery.
9. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only.
Canada Reloading is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Government agencies
- Hazardous materials regulations
- Force majeure events
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Shipping Restrictions

- Cancel restricted orders
11. Order Verification

12. Order Cancellation

13. Returns
Due to safety and regulatory requirements:

- Hazardous materials
- Opened consumable products
Returns may be accepted for eligible non-hazardous products within 30 days of delivery if:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Original packaging
- Authorized by Canada Reloading
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
14. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph the package immediately.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
15. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered.
Canada Reloading does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated.
