1. Final sale items

For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped:

Smokeless Powder
Hazardous Materials
Ammunition Components
Special Order Products
Clearance Items
Gift Cards
Opened Consumable Products

These items are considered Final Sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

2. Eligible returns

Non-hazardous products may be eligible for return if:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The product is unused
The product is unopened
The product is in its original packaging
The product is in resalable condition
A Return Authorization has been issued by Canada Reloading

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

4. Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

5. Incorrect items received

If Canada Reloading ships the wrong product:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Do not use the product
Keep all original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Customers may request cancellation by contacting customer service.

If the order has not been processed or packed, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
